Our dojo is different than most karate or kung fu studios — we believe that Shaolin martial arts and self-defense instruction should be accessible to everyone regardless of age, ability, or affinity. And toward that end, through inclusive and empowering instruction, we help our students become stronger and more confident in both body and mind.
