Where did the summer go? It felt like it went by in a blink. We have great memories of fun summer events — camps, movie nights, popsicles, puppies, and of course, STICKERS! Thanks to each of you for helping to make this summer a blast.
The transition to fall brings changes in weather and changes in routine. Routines help us regulate our moods, sleep patterns, and energy levels, and changes bring challenges until we settle into new patterns. Maintaining your regular martial arts practice has many benefits that can help you navigate challenges and change. Not only is it a consistent part of your day or week, it also brings mental focus to clear your mind, cardio and strength exercise to raise endorphins and build physical health, and stress relief through physical movement and connection with community, all while gaining self-defense skills and boosting self-confidence. It's a WIN in so many ways!
