Spring (Board) Break
March 19, 2022
Our Spring (BOARD) Break event was a SMASH! We warmed up by practicing our basic kicks and punches and then broke some boards. Everyone got a chance to work on their stance, target the middle of the board, and land a strong punch or kick. There's something very satisfying about challenging oneself and overcoming one's fear. Thanks to everyone who came and made it a HIT!
